Lintbuster, the company we had contacted to do the dryer vent cleaning on Saturday, April 22 called to cancel due to an employee emergency.

The board will be contacting another company for this service and a schedule will be forthcoming.

If you have any questions or concerns, you can call Arron. We apologize for any inconvenience this last minute cancellation has caused you.

Solaire One HOA Board

We have rescheduled the dryer vent/chimney cleaning for Saturday, April, 22nd. To make these visits as quick and efficient as possible, please be prepared for your dryer to be moved out of the laundry closet by the vent company, and refrain from lighting a fire in the fireplace after Friday evening. IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME ON SATURDAY; PLEASE GIVE A SET OF YOUR KEYS TO A NEIGHBOR OR BOARD MEMBER. Also, please inform Hayley Alloway (#405) if you will not be home and with whom you have given access to your unit.

I've set up this web page to allow the residents of Solaire One Condominiums to post news and notes so that everyone is kept informed. Residents (or anyone, really) can comment on the posts and is a way to set up a virtual bulletin board we've been talking about for so long.
